Returns and Exchanges

No refunds are accepted. Due to hygienic reasons, bodysuits, swimsuits and intimate wear are FINAL SALE NO EXCEPTIONS. Exchanges are only accepted if item is defective or if you have received incorrect item(s). Item(s) must be unworn in original condition with tags still attached.Please include original packing slip with your name and order number in order to receive credit. If the item  purchased is discontinued or out of stock, a store credit will be issued minus any applicable shipping fees associated with purchase. Allow 7 business days to process request.


For all orders the BILLING, SHIPPING ADDRESS and CVV on credit card must match to process order. Some orders may require additional verification prior to being shipped. Fraudulent CHARGE BACKS are prohibited and constitutes as bank fraud. Please allow 5-7 business days for delivery for in stock items, PRE-ORDER delivery times will vary. We use USPS Priority mail for US orders and FED EX for all international orders. All orders will require a signature confirmation. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a store credit, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your store credit. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75.00, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
